Great start to the season last week! Lots to be excited about and still plenty more to work for. Here is the schedule for this week and important notes that you need to be aware of.
Monday
Weights - 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00
Practice - 3:40 - Meet in North Gym and prepare to be outside after stretching
Tuesday
MEET DAY - Meet Line-up is posted - DICKINSON RELAYS @ UNI
MORNING PRACTICE FOR ALL THAT ARE NOT GOING to UNI
Practice - 6:15 am Start in the GYM
Wednesday
Weights - 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00
Practice - 1:30 - Meet in North Gym
Thursday
Practice - 3:40 - Meet in North Gym
Friday
Weights - 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00
MEET DAY - Humboldt - Not everyone will run but we will take as many as we can
NO PRACTICE FOR ALL NOT GOING
A few reminders for everyone
Only a few are able to go on Tuesday. If you are not on the list we are practicing at 6:15-7:30am on Tuesday. - Meet Lineup
Friday more people we be able to go but we won't be able to get everyone in the meet. If you don't participate in the Humboldt indoor there is no practice on Friday.
Keep brining inside and outside apparel and remember it is not "hot" yet so you still should have sweats and stocking hats most days.
If you are going on Tuesday and Friday I will send you a remind link to get a Subway if you want it. You can order you sub meal and pay all online and I will have it picked up on Tuesday and Friday before we go.
