Announcements - March 24th

Boys Norsemen Team:

Please take a few minutes and read through the announcements for the upcoming week of March 24th. This is the first week of outdoor competition with our home COED meet being this Thursday.  We are so excited to get to competition after several weeks of hard work and practice.  Please take a look at the schedule below and pay attention to changes.

• We are now to the stage of the season where we lift 2-times a week.  This week we will only be in the morning for weight room tomorrow and then we will lift again after school on Friday.

• Practice on Friday will be right after school at 1:55 pm.

• Weights - Monday AM and Friday PM

• Practice - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday after school.

• Meet Week!

• Our first outdoor meet will be this Thursday at home at 4:30.  Everyone will be in at least one event on Thursday.  

• We will hand out uniforms to guys starting on Tuesday and again on Wednesday if you didn’t get it on Tuesday.

• The coaches are all so excited to see everyone compete!
