Announcements - Week of April 29th, 2024
Parents and Athletes please take a few minutes and read through the announcements for the upcoming week of April 29th. We have moved into our Championship portion of the season meaning we only have a few meets left and our training is focused on doing as well as we can at the Conference Meet, the SQM, and the State Meet.

Reminder if you want Subway you need to order the night before the meet.
Meet at North Polk on Monday
– Out Early at 2:40 pm and bus at 2:50.

HOIAC Meet on Thursday at South Hamilton
– Out Early at 2:35 pm and bus at 2:45.
– PARENTS - Tickets will be available on Bound.

Coaches Corner - Weekly Thoughts for the Team
Last Thursday’s Meet at Home was our last full JV meet for the season. We talked on Friday with the JV guys and explained they can take the “off-ramp.” This means they are no longer required to be here at practice since they don’t have any meets left. They are certainly welcome to still join us for practice. We will continue to update the entire team on end-of-year uniform turn-in and post-season team celebration as those dates approach.
