Announcements - Week of April 22nd 2024
Parents and Athletes please take a few minutes and read through the announcements for the upcoming week of April 22nd. Two meets this week with most boys going Tuesday to North Polk and another meet for everyone Thursday at Home. Again, our goal is to have all team members participate in 1 meet a week.
FYI - Team pictures will be tomorrow after school but before practice. Plan accordingly. Parents, please fill out this Google Form so you can get your kid’s picture order directly to your email.

Reminder if you want Subway for away meets you need to order the night before the meet.

– Out Early at 2:40 pm and bus at 2:50.

Meet at Home on Thursday
-- SENIOR NIGHT - Senior Parents look for an info note on Wednesday explaining the timeline for the night. Usually senior recognition is around 7:00pm.
– PARENTS - Tickets will be available on Bound.
Please check the weather for both nights and PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Looks like Tuesday night will be decent temps but windy.
Coaches Corner - Weekly Thoughts for the Team
Our 4 x 100m Relay qualified for the Drake Relays on Saturday morning.
– That group consists of Fiston Carlson, Heston McIlrath, Jake Berggren, and Sam Knoll with alternates of Ben Mazyck and Casey Spainhower.
– That group & parents should look for info later in the week about the plan for Saturday.
Picture day is tomorrow so please come prepared for that.
Thursday’s Meet at Home is our last full JV event for the season. We talked on Friday and we will talk with everyone again but this Friday is the first point in the season that JV guys can take the “off-ramp.” This means they are no longer required to be here at practice since they don’t have any meets left. We will ask a few guys to stick around for depth and practice help.
