Boys T&F Athletes:

BIG Week! Championship Meets start this week with the HOI Meet on Thursday. Please review the important notes for this week below and let me know if you have any questions.

      1. Coed Meet at North Polk

      2. Out at 2:45pm - Leave at 2:55pm

   2. Tuesday

      1. Practice ASAP after school

      2. We will all help again at the MS Quad

   3. Wednesday

      1. Practice after school

   4. Thursday

      1. HOI Conference Meet @ Home

      2. Out of School at 2:55 - Get dressed and head down to the track

   5. Friday

      1. Practice after school
