Announcements - Week of February 28th

Boys T&F Athletes:

Great job last week! I felt we were able to get some quality workouts even under unusual circumstances. There are multiple notes I want you to be aware of for this week.


  1. Plan on being outside most of this week if not every day. You need to plan and dress for 40-55 degree weather each day…that means sweats, a hat, and outdoor running shoes.

  2. We will still meet inside first before heading down. I will send a REMIND note out to let you know where we will meet.

  3. Monday’s practice will go no later than 5:00pm to allow everyone plenty of time to go cheer on our girl's basketball team at the Well.

  4. With that in mind, if the girls win tomorrow night we will have to move/cancel Thursday’s practice…stay tuned.

  5. Weights this week will be Monday and Wednesday (6:00 - 7:00) as well as Friday at 6:40 am)

  7. Once basketball players join up with us we will have a 1-time team informational meeting and I will send an email to everyone's parents. In the meantime please invite your parents to join the track Remind (http://www.remind.com/join/rsb)
