Week of March 9th - Announcements


Please read through these announcements to be ready for the week.

1. Weights will again be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00am.

2. Friday's practice will begin at 6:05am sharp and then after practice we will head to weight room for weights and then we are done for the week

3. The weekly plan as well as tomorrow's plan is in the week 3 practice plan link.

4. Guys going to UNI on Tuesday we will plan on leaving school at 11:40. This means you will not get a lunch at school so please plan accordingly. Guys staying behind will practice as normal after school. Coach Baker will be doing your workouts.

5. Sometime this week we will be discussing the ISU Indoor Meet and workouts over Spring Break to be doing to stay on course with our training.

6. We will do uniforms for guys going to UNI tomorrow after practice.

7. Lastly - The 10m Flys from Friday are posted in the workout link. We have 17 guys that are running 20MPH right now and all I can say is WOW! 3 guys are over 22MPH... we need to stay the course but this is fantasic this early in the season.
