WELCOME TO THE 2018 R-S BOYS TRACK SEASON!

I have a bunch of reminders for you as we get close to the start of the season.

1. Practice will start Thursday, February 22nd at 3:40pm sharp in the North Gym.

2. We have a track apparel order that will be open until Thursday, March 1st. Use the following website to order. https://rstrack18.itemorder.com/

3. Sign-up for my Remind if you haven't already. https://www.remind.com/join/rsb. This is how most of our info will come out so please make sure you are signed up.

4. Due to this being IOWA and the weather being crazy please plan on the following: Indoor gym clothes and GYM SHOES and outside clothes with outside running shoes. You need to be ready to do both each day until after spring break at the earliest.
