February 27th Weekly Announcements


Here are some important notes to pay attention to this week.

1. Practice Wednesday will be in the morning. We will start at 6:10am. We will stay inside that morning.

2. We will be outside most of the week so please wear appropriate clothes. NEED TO HAVE SWEATS. Sprinters please start bringing your spikes for our 3, 4, and 5 days of practice.

3. Reminder that everyone will be responsible for either core work or plyos each day except for Wednesday. I will post the short workouts in the gym so you know what to do. Sprinters and Throwers have plyos and core and distance guys have a distance routine or core work to do.
