Week of April 25th - Announcements

1. Meets this week -

**Monday - Varsity @ Gilbert

**Tuesday - 9/10 @ South Hardin

**Thursday - JV/Var @ Home

2. Pictures are Wednesday after school. You should have picture forms already but if you don't stop through my office for 1. If it is raining again we will probably be taking pictures inside.

3. Our home meet is Thursday and everyone will be competing. There will be a meeting Friday for all JV guys taking the "off-ramp" opportunity.

4. We will begin the CHAMPIONSHIP portion of our season in the middle of this week. This means we will start to taper our practices. Remember, tapering is also up to you as well. You need to take care of yourself, eat right, drink plenty of water each day, avoid unnecessary activities, and warm-up/cool down very well.
