Week of March 21st - Announcements

Here are the announcements everyone needs to know for this week. Getting closer to the start of our competitive season and everyone has been working hard. Last week at the ISU Indoor Meet we ran and COMPETED very well. Lets keep building on that this week.

1. I am gone at meetings in Iowa City until Tuesday afternoon. Coach Billerbeck and Coach Gilroy will be handling duties on Monday. However, you are all going to have to help out with what we needs to be done.

2. We are planning on morning practice again on Friday at 6:15am. Please plan accordingly.

3. Thursday is the day that we are looking at doing time trials. I cannot tell you how important that day will be for everyone, so please be prepared. However, if the weather stays too cold on that day we will move time trials to Monday of next week.

4. We will start doing block training, hand-off work, LJ, and HJ drills this week. From here on out we will start to seperate during practice quite a bit. Remember, you need to help each other when we get to this stage so that we are all getting better.
